How might our laws and governance systems reflect our place within the Earth Community, rather than perpetuate the exploitation of the living world?
Wild Law: Earth Jurisprudence in Practice is an introductory online course exploring the foundations of Earth Jurisprudence, the global Rights of Nature movement, and emerging approaches to Earth-centred law and governance.
Bringing together diverse perspectives, practitioners and examples from around the world, the course invites participants to explore how Earth Jurisprudence is being put into practice; and how we might contribute to the transformation of legal and governance systems towards a more just and ecologically flourishing world.
